eryn's story

Eryn is a 13th generation cape codder currently living in Mashpee, Mass. The name Eryn translates to "peace" in Irish and "forest" in Sindarin, the Tolkein inspired Elvish language. Eryn playfully invokes the serene dance of light and shadow, that the forest filters so auspiciously, in her practice and offerings. Eryn began teaching yoga in 2011 and has studied various forms from Kundalini to Anusara and more. She is most steeped in therapeutic hatha yoga that offers a safe and sacred space for embodied ritual to unfold.

Eryn has a masters degree in family systems therapy, and has studied archetypal astrology with Trust Psyche School of Astrology & Depth Psychology since 2018. She offers archetypal yoga rituals for the lunar and solar eclipses and other significant astrological alignments. Eryn also offers archetypal astrology readings via zoom to support deeper understanding of your journey through life.
